A bottom conical cellar tank (not conical cellar tank can also apply with different application) that processes the adding yeastand sugar-to-alcohol/CO2 conversion. We design the cone of fermenter with a correct angle to ease the yeast flushing process while considering the precise diameter leading to height of the cone. Our fermenter’s designs will correspond to both beer styles: Lagers with low fermentation temperatures, longer aging, yeast strain, and crispy flavors while ales with higher fermentation temperatures, shorter aging, and fruity flavors.
